Product Introduction:
5502 HDPE Granules are plastic raw material widely used in blow molding processes. It is known for its excellent rigidity, environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), and good processability, and is commonly used to manufacture various industrial, household, and food packaging containers.
Product Advantages:
1. Mechanical Properties: Tensile yield strength is approximately 18-28 MPa, and elongation at break can exceed 300%.
2. Thermal Properties: Heat resistance is approximately 120°C, and it maintains cold resistance at -50°C.
Application Areas:
Household and daily chemical packaging: Manufacturing bleach bottles, detergent bottles, shampoo bottles, and cosmetic containers.
Food packaging: Meets food contact grade requirements, used for dairy product packaging, condiment bottles, and refrigerated food containers.
Industrial containers: Can produce small to medium-sized containers with volumes up to 30 liters, such as oil drums and chemical raw material drums.
Other uses: Also used in the manufacture of ropes, fishing nets, water pipes, and injection-molded daily necessities (such as turnover boxes).
