Product Introduction:
HB-101 Whitening Agent is
non-toxic and odorless, soluble in most organic solvents such as mineral oil and paraffin, and has a maximum spectral absorption value of 375nm. It is a top-selling plastic brightener.
Appearance: Yellow or green crystalline powder.
Product Advantages:
1. High temperature resistance; it has the widest range of applications to date, particularly in industries such as building materials and polyester staple fibers.
2. Excessive use leads to poor weather resistance and easy precipitation; the addition amount should be within 0.05%, and should not exceed the peak value.
3. High fluorescence intensity; suitable for compounding with other models to produce synergistic effects.
Application Areas:
1. Whitening agent specifically for recycled PVC and PP materials: Approximately 230 grams per ton for profiles, 500-700 grams for general recycled material granulation, and approximately 450 grams per ton for chemical fiber plants.
2. Whitening and brightening agents for polypropylene plastics, rigid PVC, ABS, EVA, polystyrene, polycarbonate, etc., require adjusting the addition ratio based on the freshness of the raw materials.
3. Color masterbatch addition is between 3 kg and 10 kg per ton.
It is suitable for the processing and production of WPC foam profiles, PVC ceiling panels, PVC foam boards, PVC pipes, etc.
