HR-102 impact modifier is a high-molecular polymer with an interpenetrating network structure.
Product features:
Its main function is to improve the low-temperature impact strength and toughness of PVC products, and it also promotes the plasticization of PVC materials.
Product Advantages:
1. It can completely replace the plasticizer ACR and toughening agent CPE in the formula, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional toughening agent CPE, such as high glass transition temperature and poor dispersibility;
2. It imparts better low-temperature impact resistance to the product;
3. It has good dispersibility, fast plasticization, high melt strength, and can increase filler content, reducing costs.
Application Areas:
It is suitable for the processing and production of PVC eco-wood, bamboo fiber wall panels, PVC pipes, profiles, and sheets.
