Product Introduction:
HR-127 whitening agent is non-toxic and odorless, soluble in most organic solvents such as mineral oil and paraffin, with a maximum absorption value of 375nm. It is a best-selling plastic whitening agent.
Product Advantages:
1. High temperature resistance; it has the widest range of applications to date, particularly in industries such as building materials and polyester staple fibers.
2. Excessive use leads to poor weather resistance and easy precipitation; the addition amount should be within 0.05%, and should not exceed the peak value.
3. High fluorescence intensity; suitable for compounding with other types to produce a synergistic effect.
Application Areas:
1. Specific whitening agent for PVC and PP recycled materials. The addition amount for profiles is about 230 grams per ton; for general recycled material granulation, it is about 500 to 700 grams per ton; and for chemical fiber plants, it is about 450 grams per ton.
2. For whitening and brightening polypropylene plastics, rigid PVC, ABS, EVA, polystyrene, polycarbonate, etc., the addition ratio should be determined according to the freshness of the raw materials.
3. The amount of color masterbatch added is between 3KG and 10KG per ton.
