HR-505 PVC foaming regulator is an ultra-high molecular weight acrylate polymer produced using emulsion polymerization.
Product features:
It is a special processing aid, possessing many characteristics of processing aids, but also having unique features not found in other processing aids.
Product Advantages:
1. Slow plasticization, high viscosity, high melt strength, and poor fluidity, suitable for producing thick boards with slow extrusion;
2. Prevents cell rupture in foamed products, thus forming a uniform and dense cell structure;
3. Effectively improves the melt strength of PVC and significantly reduces the density of PVC foamed products.
Application Areas:
